Projects

I’ve had some amazing opportunities in my life.  The following pages highlight some of the cooler projects I’ve been fortunate to work on.

  • Aerospace

    • Boston University

While getting my Bachelor’s degree, I had the opportunity to work on several Air Force satellite programs and studied smart alloys. The design of a modular nanosat was informative of my understanding on the impacts of design on manufacturing scalability.

    • Raytheon

Raytheon was my introduction to mass production and automated manufacturing.  I had an opportunity to work in their Andover, MA facility as well as their McKinney, TX facility.  While most of my efforts were spent on improving manufacturing practices for the PATRIOT Missile System and the BMDS program, I also worked on the JSF and Raptor programs.

    • Accion Systems

  • Athletic Footwear

    • New Balance

New Balance was my first introduction into manufacturing shoes.  Their five New England facilities employ some of the most skilled and dedicated floor associates assembling product that I’ve had an opportunity to work with.  Most of my work here is confidential, and not available to the public, but focused solely on manufacturing technologies.

    • Reebok

I joined the legendary Reebok Advanced Concepts team and began developing shoe technologies from the concept phase to the introduction in market. Here we explored new compounds, geometries, and methods of make to create truly new experiences for the consumer.

    • Tracksmith

  • Personal & Travel

    • Ceramic Arts

In the spring of 2023 I began taking pottery classes and immediately fell in love with the creative process. This documents some of my works.
